What is Platinum Rides?

Platinum Rides is a luxury chauffeur-driven limo service founded in Toronto in 2013 by Shehroz Malik. We operate a 27-vehicle fleet including four Rolls-Royce models, Mercedes-Maybach S 580, Cadillac Lyriq EV, Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban, GMC Yukon, stretch limousines, Mercedes Sprinter vans, and party buses from 22 to 56 passengers. We serve Toronto, the GTA, all major Ontario cities, and the Toronto-Montreal corridor.

What are your hours of operation?

Platinum Rides operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including holidays, early morning departures, and late-night returns. There is no premium charged for off-hours bookings. Every booking receives the same flat-rate price regardless of pickup time.

What areas do you serve?

Our primary service area is Toronto and the GTA — including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, North York, Scarborough, Oakville, Burlington, Richmond Hill, Hamilton, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, and Oshawa. Can I view the vehicles before booking?
Yes. You are welcome to visit us in person to view the fleet before making a reservation. Please call us at 1-888-921-1116 before coming so we can arrange a time and ensure the vehicles you want to see are available on site.

How much does limo service cost with Platinum Rides?

Pricing depends on the vehicle and service type. Starting rates are as follows — all prices are before 13% HST and 15% driver's gratuity:

  • Rolls-Royce Ghost — airport transfers from $550 | weddings from $300 | hourly from $250/hr (3-hr min)
  • Rolls-Royce Phantom 8 Series, Phantom Two-Tone, Cullinan — airport from $800 | weddings from $1,000 | hourly from $400/hr (3-hr min)
  • Mercedes-Maybach S 580 — airport from $750 | weddings from $950 | hourly from $350/hr (3-hr min)
  • Cadillac Escalade, Suburban, GMC Yukon — from $110/hr
  • Stretch limousines — from $400/hr
  • Mercedes Sprinter vans — from $400/hr
  • Party buses — from $550

What payment methods do you accept?

Platinum Rides accepts all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Corporate accounts with monthly invoicing are also available for regular clients.

Is a deposit required to book?

Yes. Deposit requirements vary by vehicle category:

  • Sedans, SUVs, and airport transfers — 20% deposit at time of booking
  • Stretch limousines, Sprinter vans, party buses, and coaches — 50% deposit to confirm the reservation
  • Rolls-Royce Ghost, Phantom 8 Series, Phantom Two-Tone, Cullinan, and Mercedes-Maybach S 580 — $750 non-refundable deposit to hold the vehicle on your date
Are HST and gratuity included in the quoted price?

No. All published starting rates are before 13% HST and 15% driver's gratuity. These are clearly itemised on your invoice. There are no other hidden fees beyond HST, gratuity, any applicable extra stop charges, Pearson Airport pickup fees, and 407 ETR tolls where applicable.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes. Corporate accounts with monthly invoicing and priority scheduling are available for clients who book regularly. NDA is available on request for sensitive business travel. Contact us at 1-888-921-1116 or info@platinumrides.ca to set up a corporate account.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. A receipt is emailed to you after your service is completed. If you require a printed receipt or a specific invoice format for corporate expenses, please let us know at the time of booking and we will arrange it.

How do I book with Platinum Rides?

Three ways to book: call 1-888-921-1116 (available 24/7), email info@platinumrides.ca, or book online at platinumrides.ca/reservation/. For standard airport transfers and sedan/SUV bookings the online system is fastest. For weddings, multi-vehicle events, corporate accounts, and long-distance runs, calling directly is recommended.

How far in advance should I book?

For airport transfers and standard sedan/SUV bookings, 24 to 48 hours advance notice is generally sufficient. For stretch limousines, party buses, and Sprinter vans, 1 to 2 weeks is recommended. For Rolls-Royce and Maybach bookings — particularly for weddings from May through October — book as early as possible. For special events including Eid, Christmas, New Year, prom nights, and FIFA World Cup match days, contact us at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance as these dates fill quickly across the full fleet.

How quickly will I receive a quote after requesting one?

Within 1 hour during business hours — usually faster. Every quote is reviewed by a member of our team before being sent, not generated automatically, so the price you receive is accurate for your specific route, vehicle, and date.

Do you provide Meet & Greet service at Toronto Pearson Airport?

Yes. Our Meet & Greet service is available at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 at Toronto Pearson International Airport, and at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Your chauffeur enters the terminal with a personalised name board and personally escorts you from the arrivals exit to your waiting vehicle. This service is ideal for first-time Toronto visitors, VIP clients, international guests, families with children, and elderly passengers.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flights in real time. Your chauffeur tracks your flight status and automatically adjusts their arrival time for any delays. You receive 1 hour of complimentary waiting time from your actual flight arrival at no extra charge. If a delay extends beyond 1 hour, contact us at 1-888-921-1116 and we will make arrangements at no premium.

Do you assist with luggage?

Yes. Every Platinum Rides chauffeur assists with loading and unloading luggage for all bookings. For airport arrivals with Meet & Greet service, your chauffeur will assist from the baggage carousel to the vehicle.

Do you provide child car seats?

Yes. Child car seat equipped vehicles are available for families travelling with infants and young children to and from Toronto Pearson Airport and for all other bookings. Please specify your child's age and approximate weight when booking so the correct rear-facing or forward-facing seat is installed in your vehicle.

Which airports do you serve?

We serve Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ), Hamilton International Airport (YHM), Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier Airport (YOW), Montreal Trudeau International Airport (YUL), and Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF). We also serve FBO private aviation terminals at Pearson — Skyservice, Signature Aviation, and Skycharter.

What is your cancellation policy?

Standard bookings (sedans, SUVs, airport transfers) require 24 hours notice for cancellation. Stretch limousines, party buses, and Sprinter vans require 1 week notice. For special event dates — Eid, Christmas, New Year, prom nights, FIFA World Cup match days — 2 weeks notice is required. The $750 deposit on Rolls-Royce and Mercedes-Maybach S 580 bookings is non-refundable under all circumstances. What is your waiting time policy for non-airport pickups?

We provide 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled pickup time for all non-airport bookings. Waiting time beyond 15 minutes is billed at the applicable hourly rate for your vehicle.

What is minimum Time Required To Make A Reservation?

Online reservations should be requested 4 hours prior to your scheduled transportation to confirm availability. Scheduling of phone request requires a minimum 2 hours notice.

How long does the chauffer wait for inbound airport passengers?

For inbound flights, chauffer wait for around 45 mints whereas for international flights, the maximum waiting time is 1 hours.
